What to see

The most popular object of worship at Wat Bang Khae Klang is a golden statue of Phra Malai, the legendary monk who visited the Buddhist heavens and hells. He sits beneath the main Buddha image, holding a fan in front of his face.

Getting there

The temple can be seen on the regular 5-temple boat tours from Amphawa.
