Wat Bang Kaphom, Samut Songkhram

History

What to see

In a small hall with circular door and windows is a large Buddha footprint of the four Buddhas of this Bhaddakappa (Buddhist era). The upper walls of the hall depict other famous Buddha footprints in stucco relief. A number of other sacred images and objects can be seen in the temple grounds.

Getting there

The temple is a very long walk on the main road south of Amphawa. A samlor hired via a guesthouse might charge around 300 baht for the return trip and an hour waiting.
